Muay Thai

Had my first training of Muay Thai today and it was intense. Sweat is literally pouring off me.

Jab..straight..elbow..knee..kick -  you need a good cardio to keep up.  Lack of proper stretching may lead to injuries during workouts.

I think imma continue this. Once or twice a week for beginners like me. I don’t want to beat my body hard =)
