San Marino Tuna Wonton Crisp

Easy Peasy Recipe


What you need:

San Marino Chili Corned Tuna (or any tuna you want)
Wonton Wrapper
Onion
Garlic
Egg
















How To:










Saute tuna in onion and garlic.
Add lime/calamansi, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.











Brush sides of wonton wrap with egg.
Stuff tuna mix into wrapper and form into triangle packets.











Deep fry until golden brown.


And since I used chili corned tuna, didn't bother making dip for this but you can whip your own salsa or sweet chili sauce..
